Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping across India. However, there may be certain restrictions based on the destination. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at the time of checkout.

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 8000

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

– Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 – 14 business days for domestic orders 


Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these delivery times, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 – 14 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service team at info@visheshgifts.com

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order. Vishesh is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you realize that there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@visheshgifts.com

Address change won’t be accepted once the order is placed.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons, the package may be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@visheshgifts.com We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within 20 days of the expected delivery date.
