Return Policy
At Vishesh, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and satisfying as possible. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: Eligible products can only be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Product-Specific Policies: Each product’s return eligibility can be found under the “Shipping Info” section on its product page.
Customized Sale Items: Items on “Sale” as well as any customized products are not eligible for returns. Please check the return eligibility of each product before making a purchase.
Exemptions to Returns
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:
Products with Clear Signs of Use: Items that show obvious signs of being used.
Damaged or Incomplete Items: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not related to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Reporting: In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Approval: Our Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request before any action is taken.
Return Pick-Up: Once approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at a time convenient for you.
How to Initiate a Return
Log into Your Account: Sign in to your Visheshgifts account.
Go to My Orders: Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
Select the Item: Click on “Return” next to the item you wish to return.
Submit Return Request: Fill in the required details and submit your return request.
Confirmation: Once your return request is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refund Process
Refund Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will process your refund.
Refund Methods:
For prepaid orders, you can choose to receive a refund in the form of online store credit.
If you prefer the refund to be credited back to the original payment method, we will initiate it after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will only be provided as Vishesh store credit, redeemable for future purchases on Vishesh.
Processing Time

Discretion
All returns are subject to the discretion of Vishesh. We aim to handle each return with fairness and in the spirit of good customer service.
